The lake is so beautiful! Beautiful park, some of bathrooms need TLC especially Saltlick ramp. I don't suggest Renos Steakhouse if you stay in morehead it's very expensive and not top quality. We s… Full review by Paula R

There were people swimming in areas not marked for swimming. Public areas, I’m not sure about.

Yes it’s open. Campgrounds are closed but lake is open for all activities
