Seriously underated ski area, has something for everyone. In mid January pistes were virtually deserted, no queuing, highly recommended. Full review by 27onabike

Hi For ski hire Sport 2000 is the cheapest, and it’s decent kit. There are a number of different ski schools and private instructors, but I always reckon ESF is best. Enjoy the trip!

Hi, you'd have to get a bus from Samoens to Flaine Forum to ride the DMC (cable car) to the top of the Grandes Platieres, as far as I know, this is the only way as a pedestrian, there is …

Hi, you'd have to get a bus from Samoens to Flaine Forum to ride the DMC (cable car) to the top of the Grandes Platieres, as far as I know, this is the only way as a pedestrian, there is a restaurant at the top, which I've heard is very good. Hope this helps.
