I drove over an hour to be told it is closed. Told I could go back another time but my granddaughters were going home the following day. So lost £40 so not happy. Full review by Diane R

Do the prebooked encounters take place in their outdoor pen and in front of the general public where everyone can watch? Or is it a private meeting just with the fox, the handler and us?

Ours was with the meerkats so do not know. Our was in an enclosure where a few members of the public can wzrch.
How long does it take for you to walk around and enjoy all of the animals? :)

It depends how long you spend in each section but I would say 1.5-2 hours to just see the animals. There are play areas and a cafe that would make your stay longer.
Hiya, hoping to come and do the fox experience one day! I was just wondering if you're allowed to take photos while in the enclosure? Only I have only seen photos from outside looking in. Just curious! :)
