Mile End Park Leisure Centre and Stadium is situated close to Mile End underground station, Queen Mary University, Tower Hamlets College, Victoria Park and Canary Wharf. The venue boasts 130+ station state of the art gym with CV, resistance machines and free-weight areas. Facilities also include a female only gym, fitness class studio including classes such as yoga, pilates and power pump and a virtual spinning studio. There is also a multi-story soft play structure an eight lane 25-metre swimming pool and a teaching/family pool with a moveable floor. The external facilities consist of 5 and 7 aside football pitches, tennis courts, hockey pitches, netball pitches and an athletics stadium with a spectator grandstand.
