How difficult are the "rolling hills" ? Coming from relatively flat Central Texas we are a little worried it might be too much?

I have been on most of the trail and recall 3 hills that I would consider challenging. I was able to complete them. One is by Crystal Bridges, the other by the large crosses at Pinnacle …
