We did not use the catamaran service, so I am not able to advise on that one. Regarding food, we found the cafes in the museum itself very busy, and a bit untidy - possibly not enough staff on duty to continually clear peoples' left over mess! The food offerings were OK for snacks, but you will find a greater variety of cafes, pubs and restaurants to cater for your tastes in the centre of Greenwich (close to the river).
Q:
When visiting national maritime museum would you stay at de vere devonport house or sun keepers lodge?
A:
I did not stay in Greenwich. The trip down the river is very pleasant and easy.
