Hi, that would be difficult to answer ..... but if it is of any help..., we were there beginning Dec the fog did play an appearing/disappearing game then. A minute is clear and in a few minutes .... the mountains are covered by fog. You could probably compare the weather charts or look at the predictions before you plan your trip.

Actually Silent Valley View at Kodaikanal is a crowded place even during off season or week days. So definitely it'll be crowded on weekends.
