British Military Fitness has been inspiring positive change for thousands of people across the UK since 1999 by bringing them together to get fit and healthy. Every week, we run over 500 boot camp style classes in 140 venues nationwide, making us the UK’s leader in outdoor fitness. Our classes are delivered by ex or serving members of the Armed Forces who are fully qualified fitness professionals. Each class is different, consisting of various activities including cardio based training, strength training, teamwork and high intensity interval training. This is mixed with bodyweight exercise and use of fitness equipment. Every class is suitable for all abilities, we use a bib system as follows: blues (beginner), reds (intermediate) and greens (advanced).
