I think it can be enjoyed by both generations, kiddies can see how they lived in the Victorian days and the transport systems they had. Also the telephone exchange for children to enjoy and play around in. There are nice grounds for everyone to enjoy a nice picnic or if the weather is not nice the there’s a lovely coffee shop on the grounds with fresh made cakes for everyone to enjoy as well.
How long does it take to explore? And is there a cafe for a cuppa after? Also is the car park quite big as not familiar to the place so worried we wouldnt have any where to park x

Parking is plentiful and feee only time we have problems is at our big weekend events when we use an overspill 490m walk away. It can take 2-4 hours to go around, depending on how engaged you are! And yes, there's a cafe serving drinks, homemade cakes and sandwiches.
