The Ray Charles Plaza is one part of the river walk park, all of which is well designed and well maintained. The music playing was not loud but we could certainly hear it when sitting nearby. I highl…Full review by Allison F

The park is free. I don't know of any place to get food in the park, but it would be a great place for a picnic. If you go, I hope you enjoy.
