Thursday’s announcement didn’t change anything for the Tigers and coach Dabo Swinney. Clemson has long been scheduled to host LSU in a Week 1 game on Saturday, Aug. 30 at Memorial Stadium that should be one of the top non-conference games in the country that weekend. Clemson’s full 2025 regular season schedule will be announced on the ACC Huddle: Football Schedule Release special on Monday, Jan. 27, from 9-11 p.m. ET on ACC Network. The first hour from 9-10 p.m. ET will be simulcast on ESPN2.

DeMonte Capehart put in a waiver to NCAA to get another year of eligibility. His request was granted, meaning he will play for Clemson in 2025.
