CMPD investigating homicide at gas station
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – CMPD is investigating a homicide that happened at a gas station in west Charlotte on Saturday night. It happened in the 3400 block of Freedom Drive near Tuckaseegee Road just before 6 p.m. Saturday. Police said someone took the victim who had been shot to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
