Visitors to Colorado's Capitol shared their views about a portrait of Donald Trump which has since been removed from the building after the president expressed his dislike of the artwork.

The Colorado legislature agreed to remove a portrait of President Donald Trump from the state Capitol after he derided the painting as “the worst” in a lengthy social media post over the weekend. The Legislature’s bipartisan Executive Committee officially ordered Capitol staff to take down the portrait on Monday.

A portrait of Donald Trump has been taken down from the Colorado state Capitol after the president complained it was “purposefully distorted." Republican lawmakers plan to replace it with a new version.
