HOUSTON — A suspect was shot in a by an officer as a task force was serving a warrant in southeast Houston Wednesday morning, according to the Houston Police Department. Houston police said officers were responding to the scene on Bay Area Boulevard near Seawolf Drive after an officer from an outside agency fired their weapons around 9:40 a.m.
