Mariners fans clamoring for a no-blackout, easy-to-digest platform to watch games will have a new way to do so in 2025, as the club will usher in a new era for broadcast distribution with the launch of a new streaming app.

The Seattle Mariners are broadening their reach through broadcast partner Root Sports. The team on Friday announced the Root Sports Stream app that will allow fans without a cable package to stream games for $19.99 per month. Fans who already get Root Sports through a cable provider can use the app for no additional cost.

A red patch with the Nintendo racetrack logo will adorn the sleeve of the Mariners’ white home jerseys throughout the season. There's also a patch for the road jersey.

Nintendo, which has a 10 percent ownership stake in the Mariners, will be the team's first-ever jersey sleeve partner.
