Manchester United have completed the signing of Patrick Dorgu from Lecce. The Athletic reported on January 29 that the clubs had reached a broad agreement over a transfer valued at €30million (£25.2m) plus €5m (£4.2m) in add-ons for the Denmark international.

Dorgu was introduced to the United fans on Sunday ahead of the match against Crystal Palace, and in his first interview since arriving in Manchester, the 20-year-old explained the decision to join Amorim’s side. “It’s a huge club, it’s the biggest club in England,” Dorgu told the club’s official website.
