Orange County resident Christopher Hawley died in 2022 after riding X2 at the Valencia amusement park, according to the lawsuit.

A 22-year-old had a brain hemorrhage and died after riding a “fifth dimension” roller coaster with rotating seats at Six Flags Magic Mountain, according to a lawsuit filed by his parents.

Christopher Hawley, 22, died after sustaining severe head injuries from the X2 roller coaster at Magic Mountain, a lawsuit said. The family is looking for answers and is suing for negligence, they said.
