Kristaps Porzingis and the Boston Celtics won 104-96 Tuesday night against the Brooklyn Nets marking their third-straight win and eighth in nine games. Boston was without six-time All-Star Jayson Tatum and reigning Finals MVP Jaylen Brown, so it was Porzinigis who led the way with 25 points and 13 rebounds on 9-for-13 shooting.

Porzingis had hoped to return to the Celtics’ lineup sooner than he did. He previously teased on social media that he was going to play in the Celtics’ game against the Lakers on March 8, but he wound up sitting that day.
