HOUSTON - Dawud Parker, 44, has been arrested and charged with the murder of his sister, 48-year-old Alisha Parker. The shooting happened at 1206 Barker Cypress Road just after 9 p.m. on Tuesday. Houston Police said they responded to a shooting at a gas station and found Alisha Parker unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds in the driver's seat of a black BMW sedan.
