Variety has learned that a follow up to the beloved show "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" is nearing a Hulu pilot order with Sarah Michelle Gellar returning

Gellar, who appears, in Paramount+ with Showtime’s “Dexter” revival prequel “ Dexter: Original Sin ,” been closed to the idea of a “Buffy” return until recently.

Sarah Michelle Gellar is reportedly set to executive produce and reprise her role as Buffy Summers. It looks like Buffy the Vampire Slayer is coming back from the dead (again) as part of a new Hulu series.
