No longer one of NYC’s best-kept secrets, Guttman Community College is thriving in Midtown Manhattan at its vertical campus located across from Bryant Park.

Carmel Gateway, formerly Parkwood Crossing, is undergoing a $40 million upgrade with new amenities and a new logo. Funded by Rubenstein Partners, the project is private and not taxpayer funded.

Gateway Technical College debuted expanded healthcare and HVAC labs and classrooms on its Elkhorn campus this month.

The college is working with the Western Reserve Port Authority to find a location in the Valley where it can offer in-person classes.
