Buc-ee's is accusing yet another company of ripping off its cartoon animal marketing. In a lawsuit filed in the Northern District Court of Texas earlier this month, the travel center accuses a fellow Texas gas station of trademark infringement for using a logo showing a smiling dog placed neatly in a circle.

Super Fuels is an Irving-based gas station chain with an anthropomorphic dog mascot that Buc-ee's argues is a copy of their trademark beaver mascot.

Buc-ee’s has accused a Dallas-based gas station chain of copying its iconic cartoon beaver logo. In a federal lawsuit this month, the travel center behemoth says Super Fuels' logo of a brown dog sporting a red cape is too close to its logo of a brown beaver in a red hat.

Buc-ee's has slapped yet another gas station with a federal trademark infringement suit, this time a Dallas-based chain called Super Fuels. In a lawsuit filed Jan. 10 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas,
