An Alabama woman was killed by a pack of dogs in Alabama this week while she was feeding the animals as their owner was out of town, according to multiple reports.

A 46-year-old woman died Thursday when she mauled by a pack of dogs at a Tuscaloosa County home. Tuscaloosa County sheriff’s deputies, NorthStar EMS, Echola Volunteer Fire Department and animal control officers were dispatched at 9 a.m. Thursday to a medical call in the 13000 block of Boyd Road.

The morning of Feb. 6, the woman went to the property to feed the dogs for their owner, deputies said. Then at about 9 a.m., someone called 911 to report a pack of dogs was mauling a woman in the front yard of a home.
