Saia Inc. (SAIA) reported a profit for fourth quarter that decreased from the same period last year but beat the Street estimates.

The average estimate of seven analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $2.79 per share. The trucking company posted revenue of $789 million in the period, which also topped Street forecasts.
