Chip Kelly is back in the NFL as the former head coach is joining the Las Vegas Raiders as their offensive coordinator. What's more, they are making him the highest-paid coordinator in the league, averaging $6 million per year,

Kelly is returning to the NFL for the second time. He was previously the head coach for the Philadelphia Eagles and the San Francisco 49ers, holding a 28-35 record combined in both stints. Former USC Trojans coach Pete Carroll has plenty of familiarity with Chip Kelly as the two once coached against each other in the PAC-10 conference when Kelly led the Oregon Ducks.

After winning at Ohio State, Chip Kelly has returned to the NFL as Pete Carroll’s offensive coordinator with the Las Vegas Raiders. Kelly was considered an early target for the Jaguars and Texans positions.
