Jury selection is set to begin Monday for the trial of the alleged ringleader of the Feeding Our Future pandemic fraud scheme that federal prosecutors say stole $250 million from a program meant to feed children.

Two women have pleaded guilty to their roles in the $250 million Feeding Our Future fraud scheme just days before a trial for the head of the now-defunct nonprofit was set to get underway.

Six defendants pleaded guilty in the Feeding Our Future fraud in Minnesota, days before the trial of former executive director Aimee Bock and Salim Said, the former co-owner of Safari Restaurant.

Jury selection will begin Monday in a federal trial against the founder of Feeding our Future. Aimee Bock was the founder of the now-defunct nonprofit organization. She’s facing wire fraud and bribery charges and is accused of being the ringleader of what government officials call the largest pandemic relief fraud case in the country.
