Manchester United have completed the signing of Patrick Dorgu from Lecce. The Athletic reported on January 29 that the clubs had reached a broad agreement over a transfer valued at €30million (£25.2m) plus €5m (£4.2m) in add-ons for the Denmark international.

Manchester United have completed the signing of full-back Patrick Dorgu from Serie A club Lecce, the Premier League club have announced. Sources told ESPN that United agreed a fee of €30 million ($31.1m) plus a possible €5m in performance-related bonuses with Lecce. The 20-year-old has signed until 2030 with the option of an additional year.

Patrick Dorgu waved goodbye to Lecce supporters on Friday night ahead of his transfer to Manchester United. Earlier this week, United agreed a €35 million (£29.2m) deal with Lecce which will see Dorgu become the first signing of Ruben Amorim’s reign at Old Trafford.
