India's Captain Rohit Sharma has downplayed the importance of the upcoming Champions Trophy fixture between India and Pakistan.

India coach Gautam Gambhir said Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli have much to offer the team despite their poor run of form in recent matches, stressing the veteran duo will play a key role in this month's Champions Trophy.

Kevin Pietersen reckons Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma still have a couple of years left in them and can continue to make India win.
