Yellowstone ecosystem is actually more enormous than just the park, stretching from Bozeman, MT to Jackson Hole, WY. If it were my first time, I’d arrive in Bozeman, spend a day downtown and see the dinosaurs at Museum of the Rockies, then have dinner in Livingston and look at the downtown/Sacagawea Park and the Yellowstone River.

Jun 8, 2021 · Also, a few days won’t be enough. Just seeing the geysers and hot pools is worth a day. Exploring the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone and mammoth hot springs is another worthwhile endeavor. So yes, but if you are comparing an amusement park with Yellowstone perhaps you aren’t the type that would enjoy this incredible place as much.

Forrest Fenn, would say, Go camping at the Home of Brown.

Feb 27, 2022 · I ordered Jake Bramante's Day Hikes of Yellowstone National Park Map Guide. I highly recommend it. Used it to plan my first trip to Yellowstone last year. The guide gives pertinent details on all the trails in the park.

Can absolutely confirm; you brought back memories of my visit to Yellowstone, specifically the Grand Prismatic Spring. For anyone who's never been there, it's a giant hot spring maybe a hundred feet across, rainbow colored all the way around; if you've seen pictures of Yellowstone you've most likely seen pictures of it.
