He approached Kenny Farmer, Carol Apple and their families about being trained etc. He also had a meeting with Farmer, Apple, Dave Lopeman (Chair of the Squaxin Island tribe in who's area Wynoochee is) and Arvol Looking Horse.

Oct 18, 2016 · There is not anger here, just questionng. Since Evans is a full blood, if he has had the vision he has the right to run a Sundance, I just question why not back home. And it is true that many like Charles Chipps and Leonard Crow Dog do questionable things, the best quote I ever heard about Leonard is "he is a good medicine man but a bad man".

If so, it would have been brought in and allowed by respected elders of one of those tribes. Ask about the lineage of those running this ceremony, who is involved. If all or most are not Native, it almost certainly is not a traditional ceremony.
