Inspired by cartoons of the 1930's, the visuals and audio were painstakingly created with the same techniques of the era, i.e. traditional cel animation (hand drawn & hand inked!), watercolor backgrounds and live jazz recordings.

Astoria has a lot of caucasians, hispanics and some asian. Jamaica has more black people. But in many parts of Queens, I see LITERALLY ZERO BLACK PEOPLE. Literally zero.

If your major isn’t STEM, you’ll find decent professors and good resources throughout. Queens College is more of a liberal arts/natural + social sciences/nutrition +environmental science type school.
