It only occurs when driving between 35-45 MPH but most commonly at the 40 MPH mark and usually the truck is in 5th gear when it occurs. When you slow down from a higher speed to make a turn onto a new street, slowing down to approximately 15 mph, once you accelerate, the truck will shudder and shake like the transmission is slipping. It only does this when the truck remains in 3rd gear.

Bad as in rattle your teeth and borderline undrivable. It was the worst between 3-4th gear regardless of rpm. Shudder would go away after shifting to 5th.

I’m getting a shudder every time the truck seems to go into a high gear and drop to low Rpms. As I slowly creep up on the accelerator it will do it. Speed limit around my town is 45 mph.
