Blind Willie Johnson on "The West Wing"

This was inspired by American Blues singer Blind Willie Johnson, who played in the 1920s. In searching for a deeper meaning to the song, fans came up with a few ideas. Some thought it was about Jimmy Page’s blossoming heroin addiction.
